Day 1: Kakheti Region


Cheese tasting: Let's start the journey with a tasting of traditional Kakhetian cheeses. You will taste different types of cheese prepared according to ancient Georgian recipes.

Wine Tasting: Kakheti is the heart of Georgia's wine region, and you can enjoy tasting the best local wines. Here you will be introduced to the production process and the wine varieties typical of the region.

Bread tasting: Georgian bread, especially puri, enjoys a well-deserved reputation. You will taste freshly baked bread made according to a traditional recipe.

Chacha tasting: We conclude the gastronomic tour with a tasting of chacha, a Georgian drink made from grape pomace. It is a strong alcoholic drink with a rich taste.

Bodbe Convent: The monastery, located in a beautiful valley, is considered one of the most important holy places in Georgia. The relics of Saint Nino, the enlightener of Georgia, are located here.

Day 2: Continuation of the Kakheti city tour


Nekresi Monastery for Men: The monastery, located on a hill overlooking the Alazani Valley, was founded in the 4th century. This place is known for its historical and spiritual values.

Chavchavadze House Museum: The house where one of the most famous Georgian poets and writers, Alexander Chavchavadze, lived and worked. The museum will tell about the life and work of this great man.

Premium wine tasting: You will continue the wine tour with a tasting of exclusive wines in one of the best wineries in the region.

Tasting of matsoni fermented milk product ice cream: Try a unique Georgian ice cream based on matsoni, a traditional fermented milk product known for its refreshing taste.

Day 3: Mtskheta and Kutaisi


Mtskheta: The ancient capital of Georgia and one of the most significant religious sites in the country. Mtskheta is the "second Jerusalem", and its temples are part of the world cultural heritage.

Jvari Temple: A 6th-century temple standing on a high hill with a breathtaking view of the confluence of the Kura and Aragvi rivers. It is one of the most significant historical and spiritual places in Georgia.

Svetitskhoveli Temple: The main temple of Georgia, where, according to legend, the mantle of Jesus Christ is kept. Its history goes back more than a thousand years.

The ancient city of Uplistsikhe: A unique cave city that was founded back in the first millennium BC. Here you will see ancient temples and living quarters carved into the rock.

Overnight in Kutaisi: After a busy day, you will drive to Kutaisi, where you will spend the night.

Day 4: Kutaisi and its surroundings


Martvili Canyon: One of the most picturesque canyons in Georgia. The clear waters of the river, surrounded by green rocks, create breathtaking landscapes.

Tuka Waterfall: An amazing waterfall that is one of the natural attractions of the region.

Okatse Canyon or Kincha Canyon (optional): You can choose one of the two canyons for further travel. Both canyons are known for their amazing natural landscapes.

Overnight in Kutaisi: After the tour, you will return to Kutaisi for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Caves and cooking


The Caves of Prometheus: These amazing caves in Kutaisi will become another bright page in your journey through Georgia. You can stroll through the underground galleries and enjoy the stunning stalactites and stalagmites.

Georgian cuisine master class and family lunch at Nino's: You will learn how to cook several traditional Georgian dishes and enjoy a real homemade lunch in the company of local residents.

Return to Tbilisi: In the evening, you will return to Tbilisi to complete your tour of Georgia.

Day 6: Author's tour of Tbilisi


This day will be dedicated to getting to know Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, where you will visit the most important historical, cultural and architectural monuments of the city. It will be an unforgettable end to your tour.


       Old Town

You will start the tour with a walk through the ancient district of Tbilisi, where you can feel the atmosphere of the city, preserved from the XVIII-XIX centuries. Narrow streets, wooden balconies, old houses and cozy cafes create a unique atmosphere. You will also see the famous Anchiskhati Church, the oldest church in Tbilisi, built in the 6th century.


       Metekhi Church

Metekhi Church is an important religious monument located on a rocky hill with stunning views of the Kura River. It offers a scenic view of the city and the surrounding area.


       The Bridge of Peace

The walk will continue along the Kura River, where you will see the famous modern-style Peace Bridge. It is a glass and metal bridge that connects the old part of the city with modern areas. The bridge is a symbol of unity and the modern spirit of Tbilisi.


       Narikala

You will take a cable car up to the Narikala Fortress, which offers panoramic views of Tbilisi. This fortress was founded in the 4th century and served as an important strategic point for the defense of the city. Here you can enjoy breathtaking views and see ancient walls, towers and churches.


       Baths of Abanotubani

Next, you will visit the Abonatubani area, famous for its sulfur baths. The famous St. George's Church is also located here. Abonatubani is a place where locals used natural hot springs for ablutions many centuries ago.


       Shardeni Street

During the tour you will visit one of the most famous streets of Tbilisi, Shardeni Street, full of galleries, cafes, restaurants and shops with local souvenirs. Here you can taste traditional Georgian coffee, enjoy the atmosphere and stroll along the picturesque streets.


       Holy Trinity Cathedral (Tsminda Sameba)

One of the largest and most significant churches in Georgia, the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity (Tsminda Sameba) impresses with its majestic architecture and scale. It is the spiritual center of the Georgian Orthodox Church and symbolizes the rebirth of Georgia as an independent state.


       City Market

At the end of the tour, you will be able to visit one of the Tbilisi markets, where fresh produce, spices, herbs, sweets and souvenirs are sold. This is a great place to purchase unique Georgian goods and feel the atmosphere of local life.
