Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Refund Policy governs the procedure for canceling tour services and issuing refunds to clients.

1.2. Payment for a tour constitutes the client's acceptance of the terms of this Policy.

1.3. All refunds are made using the same method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.


2. Tour Cancellation at the Client's Initiation

If the client cancels tour services, the following refund conditions apply:

30 or more calendar days before the tour start: 80% of the full tour amount paid or 20% of the deposit refunded.

15-29 calendar days before the tour start: 80% of the full tour amount paid excluding accommodation or 20% of the deposit refunded excluding accommodation. Accommodation will be charged 20% of the cost of accommodation.

7-14 calendar days in advance — 50% refund of the tour price

Less than 7 calendar days in advance — no refund.


⚠️ If the tour includes non-refundable tickets, hotel reservations, or third-party services, the company will retain the actual costs incurred.


3. Tour Cancellation by the Company

3.1. If the tour is cancelled by the company, the client will receive a 100% refund.

3.2. The company reserves the right to reschedule the tour for other dates without penalty.


4. Force Majeure

4.1. In the event of force majeure (border closures, natural disasters, military action, government restrictions, etc.), refunds will be made minus the actual costs incurred.

4.2. The tour may be rescheduled to other dates by mutual agreement.

5. Refund Procedure

5.1. To request a refund, the client must submit a written request via email to the address listed on the company's website.

5.2. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

5.3. Bank and payment system fees are non-refundable.


6. Individual Tours and Special Offers

6.1. Individual tours and specially priced tours may be subject to separate refund policies, which are specified in the contract or booking confirmation.
